Welcome to Vantora (referred to as "we", "us", "our", or "Service"). Vantora is a mobile fitness companion and web tracking platform designed to help you construct custom workout programs, seed blueprints, and log fitness progressions.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, secure, and disclose your information when you download and use the Vantora mobile application or access our associated web services at https://getvantora.com.

By registering an account, building blueprints, or logging workouts through our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect information to provide tailored workout experiences. This includes:

• Account Details: When creating a Vantora account, we securely collect your username, email address, password, and optional profile pictures.
• Fitness Data: Your customized workout blueprints, programs, logged exercise sets, reps, loaded weights, completed workout durations, training environments (e.g. Home, Gym), difficulty levels, and performance logs.
• Interaction Logs: Information concerning custom blueprints you seed, tags you create, and modifications made to existing programs.
• Apple Health (HealthKit) & Health Data: Only with your explicit, per-permission consent, Vantora reads and writes health and fitness data through Apple HealthKit (and the equivalent platform health services), including workouts, active energy, and heart rate. This data is used solely to display your training insights inside the app and to sync the workouts you record. Health data obtained through HealthKit is never used for advertising or marketing, is never sold, and is never shared with third parties. You can revoke this access at any time in your device's Health settings.
• Device & Usage Data: Technical information including unique device identifiers, operating system version (e.g., iOS or Android), application crash logs, IP address, and anonymized user behavior patterns.

Vantora utilizes the collected information for the following specific purposes:

• To build, save, edit, and orchestrate your custom workout programs and logging routines.
• To process backend database synchronizations, ensuring your workout logs are available across all your connected devices.
• To generate visual statistics and workout analytics (such as progression charts) to help you track your training history.
• To sync workouts and heart rate data with Apple Health (HealthKit), where you have granted permission, so your training insights stay consistent across your devices. HealthKit data is used only for this in-app purpose and is never used for advertising or shared with third parties.
• To service shareable URLs for workout results, user profiles, and program templates.
• To deliver essential service alerts, security notices, and customer support.
• To analyze crash reports and debug performance bottlenecks.

Vantora contains social elements designed to encourage community collaboration, allowing you to share your fitness achievements:

Public Sharing Links: If you explicitly select to publish or share your customized training blueprints, workout logs, or profile pages, our backend generates public URLs (such as /b/{blueprint-id} or /u/{user-id}).

These generated links are public. Anyone who accesses the specific URL will be able to view your public profile name, your designated blueprints, exercise lists, and related fitness parameters. You can control or revoke public visibility at any time by adjusting privacy toggles inside the application or deleting the shared blueprints.

Vantora offers premium features, including advanced blueprint generation and customized program scheduling, which require subscription purchases.

Payment Processing via RevenueCat: All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We integrate with RevenueCat to orchestrate, analyze, and unlock digital subscriptions.

No credit card or primary billing numbers are ever sent to, stored, or processed directly on our servers. Your transactions are governed entirely by Apple and Google's standard billing terms. RevenueCat processes transaction dates, purchase states, and receipt validation tokens in an anonymous form to activate your premium entitlements.

We believe in giving you absolute power over your personal workout logs. We retain your information only as long as your account remains active.

Self-Serve Account Deletion: You can completely purge all account history at any time. Simply navigate to the profile settings within the Vantora app and choose "Delete Account". Doing so triggers an immediate cascading deletion of your account records, saved workouts, created program blueprints, and profiles from our production servers.

If you face any issues with the in-app deletion panel, you may send a direct deletion request to our support email at [email protected], and we will purge your data manually within 72 hours.

We deploy industry-standard technical measures to secure your data. All database connections and exchanges between your mobile device and our backend servers utilize Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS) encryption.

While we use robust modern hosting providers and secure database architectures to defend your profiles and fitness logs, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic database is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee its absolute security, but we consistently review crash logs and system defenses to minimize security risks.

Depending on your geographic residency (such as the European Union or California), you may be entitled to several legal privacy rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA:

• Right to Access: You can request a structural copy of your collected personal profiles and workout entries.
• Right to Rectification: You can modify or update inaccurate data at any point directly within your application settings.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can execute full database deletions through the self-serve deletion options.
• Right to Object: You can request that we restrict processing or cease analytics tracking.

Our fitness logging and program building services do not target and are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without consent, please contact us immediately. We will take rapid actions to scrub that information from our system.
