Vantora

Terms of Use

These terms govern your access to and use of the Vantora mobile application, Vantora public sharing pages, APIs, and related services.

Effective Date: June 4, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, opening the app, purchasing a subscription, or using any public sharing page, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may also publish feature-specific rules inside the app. Those rules become part of these terms when they apply to a feature you use.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account. Provide accurate account information and update it when needed.

You may delete your account through the app or through our public deletion page at /delete-account. Account deletion is permanent and removes associated workout history, profiles, saved blueprints, and related records from active systems.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Vantora may offer paid subscriptions or premium features through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Store billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and trial rules are handled by the platform where you purchased.

We use RevenueCat to validate purchase status and unlock premium access. We do not collect or store payment card numbers on our servers.

4. Your Content and Public Sharing

You keep ownership of the workouts, profile details, images, blueprints, notes, and other content you submit. You grant us permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service.

When you share a profile, workout, exercise, group, or blueprint through a public link, anyone with that URL may be able to view the information shown on that page. Only share content you are comfortable making public.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service or interfere with its operation. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Attempting to access accounts, APIs, servers, or data without authorization.
  • Uploading unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Scraping, bulk exporting, reverse engineering, or abusing rate limits without written permission.
  • Using the service to distribute malware, spam, or deceptive links.

6. Fitness and Health Notice

Vantora is a workout planning and tracking tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training plan, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or other health concern.

You are responsible for exercising safely, using proper equipment, and stopping activity if you experience pain, dizziness, or other warning signs.

7. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be paused, or be removed as we improve the app, maintain security, or meet operational requirements.

Third-party services such as app stores, authentication providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and purchase validation platforms may also affect availability.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account violates these terms, creates security risk, infringes rights, or harms the service or other users.

You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion remains available through the app and public deletion flow.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or through another reasonable channel.

Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
