You can delete your account completely at any time inside the app by heading to **Profile > Settings > Delete Account**. Alternatively, you can use our web-based self-service portal at getvantora.com/delete-account. Deleting your account will immediately and permanently erase all completed workout entries, custom program blueprints, statistics, and profile details from our active database systems.
Billing and subscriptions are managed securely by the platform store through which you purchased Vantora. Because of this, our team cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
iOS (App Store): Open your iPhone **Settings** > Tap your **Apple ID Profile** at the top > Tap **Subscriptions** > Select **Vantora** > Tap **Cancel Subscription**.
Android (Google Play): Open the **Google Play Store** > Tap your **Profile icon** > Tap **Payments & subscriptions** > Tap **Subscriptions** > Select **Vantora** > Tap **Cancel Subscription**.
Vantora synchronizes your logs to our secure cloud database in real-time when an active internet connection is available. If your data is not syncing across devices:

When you construct a custom program or workout blueprint inside the app, you can share it by tapping the **Share icon** next to the program. This generates a public link (e.g., getvantora.com/b/blueprint-id).
Anyone who receives this link can open it to preview your exercise list, and tap the **Copy to My Workouts** button to instantly load it into their Vantora mobile companion.
